Hi, I’m Meg. Nurse turned founder, inventor and mom of two.
You don’t have to be ready. You just have to move.
A year ago I was clocking in as a nurse with an idea I couldn’t shake. Now I’m building it out loud, and helping you make your move too. Three ways in. Pick yours.

The part of success nobody posts about. Real stories, and one move to make this week.

The unexpected CEO
Too much? Good.
I’ve always had this feeling that I was meant for something bigger. Even as a little girl. I couldn’t explain it. I just felt it. Somewhere along the way, I let people turn down that voice. I was too much, too loud, too over the top. But it never went away.
I studied human development, became a registered nurse caring for moms and newborns, supported families as a birth doula and coached CrossFit for 15 years. Along the way I kept seeing the gaps, and one of them became Kora•X™, a patent-pending movement tool I invented. Becoming a mom turned my voice back up. I built my business from my phone and walked into rooms I never thought I’d be in. Now I help other women do the same.
Move before you’re ready. Become before you arrive.
The podcast shows you how others did it. The First Move helps you do it. The Next Move connects you with the people to keep going.
