Meet Meg

Too much? Good.

I’ve always had this feeling that I was meant for something bigger. Even as a little girl. I couldn’t explain it. I just felt it. Somewhere along the way, I let people turn down that voice. I was too much, too loud, too over the top. But it never went away.

I studied human development and family studies, became a registered nurse caring for moms and newborns, supported families as a birth doula and coached CrossFit for 15 years. Along the way I kept seeing the gaps, and one of them became Kora•X™, a patent-pending movement tool I invented.

Becoming a mom turned my voice back up. I built my business from my phone and walked into rooms I never thought I’d be in. Now I help other women find their voice and make their first move.

Sound like you?

The idea isn’t the problem. Not knowing how to move is.

You’ve had this idea for a while. It’s in your Notes app. It’s in your head on the drive home and at 2 a.m.

But somewhere along the way, you put everyone else first. You adapted. You got a little quieter. Maybe someone even told you it was too much.

So the idea waits. Not because it isn’t good. Because you don’t know what the first move is.

Are you being realistic, or have you just gotten really good at making fear sound reasonable?

Yep, that’s me

  • You want to contribute to your home in a real way, not just stretch the budget.
  • Your day has no desk in it. You’re running from one thing to the next, and your phone is your office.
  • You’ve done big things before, maybe even built a business, but this idea feels stuck.
  • You don’t know who to ask, and you’re tired of figuring it out alone.
  • You’ve always felt you were meant for something more. You just can’t put it into words yet.

You don’t have to be ready. You just have to move.

For the people who love her

When she grows, everything around her grows.

This isn’t about replacing anyone’s paycheck or anyone’s role. It’s about adding to your home: new income, a more confident woman, and an example the whole house can see.

By the end of six weeks, she’ll have:

  • A clear vision for her idea, and the words to explain it
  • Her business money set up the right way, with an expert’s guidance
  • An offer or plan she can price and share with confidence
  • Real connections, and a network that keeps opening doors
  • A simple way to show up and share it, from her phone
  • A 30-day plan for her next move

All in 90 minutes a week, live from her phone, on Mondays at 1 p.m. Mountain Time.

The First Move Method

Six weeks. From first move to next move.

“You don’t have to see the whole staircase to take the first step. And you don’t have to climb it alone.” For the woman with a brand-new idea and the woman who’s been in business for years but can’t see the next step. You bring the idea. We bring the structure, the experts and the room. You do the work.

Try this right now

Say your idea out loud, in one sentence. What are you building? Who is it for? Why you?

Did it come out clear, in one breath? If not, you’re not behind. That’s exactly where week one starts.

What happens in the room

You won’t just learn it. You’ll do it.

The right people raise your standards. The rest is up to you.

Every Monday for 90 minutes, you bring where you are. You learn from the experts and from women who get it. Then you take a real step before we close: the message sent, the price set, the connection made. Between sessions, you keep going, because this works when you do the work, and you’ll have a room cheering you on while you do.

  • 6 live sessionsMondays, 1 p.m. MT, 90 minutes. Recorded if you miss one.
  • 3 guest expertsA life coach, a financial expert and a brand & visibility expert.
  • My networkIntroductions to the people and resources in my world, where they fit your idea.
  • 8 women in your cornerA private group chat for the wins, the questions and the hard days.
  • My phone-first systemsThe tools I use to plan, write and stay organized from my phone.
  • Your next-move planA clear 30-day plan so the momentum keeps going after week six.

Founding cohort: Mondays, Nov 9 – Dec 21, 1 p.m. Mountain Time. Next cohort starts Jan 11. Expert lineup is shared with each cohort.

Why listen to me

What if I told you I built all of this from my phone?

My invention. My patent filings. My trademark. My brand, my podcast and my community. All of it, from my phone, while raising my kids.

I’ll teach you the same tools and systems I use to plan, write and stay organized, so your idea keeps moving and your time stays with the people you love. Smart tools, human business. Your voice stays yours.

Real talk, from Meg

I’m not going to pretend I had it figured out. A month ago, I was clocking in as a nurse. I had an idea and no clue how to file a patent, so I filed it anyway. Then a trademark. Then I built a brand, a podcast and a team: a coach, a photographer, editors, manufacturers and attorneys. All from my phone, while raising my two kids.

No one handed me a new chapter. I decided to write one. Here’s to doing things badly before we do them beautifully. God doesn’t hand you the whole cake at once. You get it piece by piece.

It’s your story. Write the book.

— Meg

Founding cohort · Starts Monday, November 9

Your first move starts here.

It takes five minutes, from your phone. No payment to apply. We’ll go over the investment and payment options on your call. Spots are limited to 8 per cohort.

  1. Apply. Tell me about your idea and what’s been holding you back.
  2. Quick call with me. I read every application personally and reach out to set up a short call.
  3. Save your spot. Get your enrollment link and choose your payment option.
Do I need a business already?

No. If there’s an idea you keep coming back to, that’s enough.

Can I really do this from my phone?

Yes. I built my whole business from mine. Join live from your phone, and I’ll show you the systems that keep your idea moving between sessions.

How much work is it?

You take real steps in every session, and you keep going between them at your own pace. You get out of it what you put in, with a room behind you the whole way.

I already have a business. Is this for me?

Yes, if there’s an idea you’re stuck on or a vision you can’t quite see yet. Many successful women are exactly there.

What if my kids are around during a session?

They probably will be, and that’s okay. Real life is welcome here.

When are the live calls?

Mondays at 1 p.m. Mountain Time, for 90 minutes. That’s after lunch, during nap time and before school pickup. If the group needs a different time, we’ll adjust together.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded, so you can catch up on your own time.

What does it cost?

We’ll go over the investment on your call, along with payment options. Applying is free, and you only pay once we’ve talked and you’re in.

Can’t make November?

The next cohort starts Monday, January 11. Apply now and tell me you want that one.

What if I don’t have an idea yet?

Start with this question: what do people always come to you for? That’s usually your superpower, and your idea isn’t far behind it. If something comes up, apply and tell me about it. If not yet, start with the podcast.
